What a great festival! I attended for the first time this weekend & couldn't speak more highly of it. Everything is so well organized, from the shuttel buses to the recycling stations... the event planners have thought everything through! There was tons of entertainment & lots of vendors. Their was also a good variety of food... some expected "carnival" food such as funnel cakes, plus local favorites such as Greek food & Locopops. The festival also boasted a great variety of kid activities. I was quite impressed with the environmentally-friendly approach as well. Arrive early, bring sunscreen & insect repellant, visit the mill, & have a great time!
Pros: variety of activities & entertainment, good food, great location, trash-free
Cons: price is a little steep (but goes towards good cause), it's in July so it's very hot & humid
