I went to Hillandale Pro Shop to get fitted for a new set of clubs because of the reputation of David Bass, a master clubfitter. David spent almost 2 hours with me going over different things, he was great. I ordered a full set of clubs (irons and fairway wood and driver). I was told it should take no more than 2 weeks to for the clubs to arrive. 2 weeks later I called, the clubs were not in, I was told to call back in 2 days. I call back and the person is rude and tells me they are not in, and that I should just wait until someone calls me. I wait another 5 days, and call them again to finally get someone willing to find out what is going on with my clubs. Turns out 1 club is there and the others were just shipped and my final club doesn't even have an ETA for arrival. So, HOPEFULLY a month after I ordered my clubs I might finally get them. David Bass is really good, the rest of the experience Really bad.
