We are a small company. I have just been told by the owner that he does not want our business. I gather it is because we do not generate enough revenue for him, since he told me yesterday that he had our prefered technician out on a call for a bigger client who generates more revenue and he could not handle our situation that day. We made an appointment for today but then I got a call this morning from the owner and was told that the technician was out sick. I was referred to Geeks on Call, rather than being offered a different technician. Then I was told bluntly that they do not want my business. I was pleased with the technician himself and he knew what he was doing. However, I would strongly advise the small business owner to look elsewhere because you clearly will not get this business's attention.

These guys can fix your computer, and fast. Really nice people. Convenient and very, very reasonable. They really know their business.

I have used this IT company several times and am very pleased with its amazing customer service. They have a phone tech named ashley and he is an amazing and reliable contact.
Pros: EVERYTHING
