Very conducive environment for families to learn and train together. The amount of time available for all ages makes it easy for you to get in and train. Staff is top notch, friendly and helpful.

This is a great schools for all ages and abilities. There are separate classes for tots, teens, and women. Combining learning with fun, this school will help you enjoy a good workout as you learn a new skill.
Pros: They have many class times to fit your schedule
Cons: None that I can think of

Training anywhere else is a waste of time and money....been there done that! You do not stay in business for 30 years being 2nd best!!!
Pros: Professional, Good price, multiple locations
