i went to the field and had a great fun day with awesome customer service and great people and staff. WELL, when my gun needed professional maintnence, i liked the field so much that i thought "hey, ill go to the Gotcha store!"...terrible decision, the guy at the store paid almost no attention to me for almost 15 minutes while on the phone with what sounded like a friend. right when i was about to just walk out of the store, he hangs up the phone and says "how can i help you", then I was charged 20 dollars for a VERY minor part repair PLUS the VERY OVERPRICED cost of the part itself, this cost me almost 5x more than neccesary. Seemed like the guy wasnt very knowledgeable of the type of marker i owned either (he was supposedly "certified technician") I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THE GOTCHA STORE TO ANYBODY!!!!!! The field on the other hand is VERY GOOD!!! i love playing there and the people and staff are awesome, just avoid the store and you'll be alright. The only reason im giving this a 2 out of 10 is for the field being excellent.
Pros: Great field, awesome staff at the field and people are friendly
Cons: TERRIBLE STORE, very overpriced, horrible staff and even worse customer service.

Gotcha Paintball was a lot of fun! It was a family environment with a great friendly staff. Definately a place to be in the raleigh area for a day of pure fun!
Pros: friendly staff, fun fields, fairly priced
Cons: Bathrooms, Cash only
