After settling my divorce with my ex wife under duress and guilt and without attorney representation, I realized I'd been grossly taken advantage of and my children were at risk. My ex wife began cohabitating with a man and I was still paying alimony, and my children were living with them full time while they lived a life of drinking and partying. I had already consulted with another triangle attorney firm which determined I didn't have a case they could pursue. After an initial consultation with Janet at Rosen, I left feeling hope for the first time in a while, hope that some justice might be possible in spite of my past legal incompetence. Rosen didn't waste time and set out as a team to strategize my case. I especially liked the fee schedule, which charged me for the case as a whole, regardless of the amount of work that went into it. My case was not an easy one and required much research, legal prep and several hearings. Regardless of the fact that Rosen would receive the same fee for the case no matter what the amount of work that went into it, the firm and our attorney, Helena Nevicosi, spent countless hours (often until well into the night) researching our case and its options and their strategy. In the end, we won the most important aspect of our case and my children are now living full time with me and my new wife in a safe and secure environment. Our case involving a change in the alimony agreement is far more complicated and is currently in appeal. Rosen is a rare kind of law firm, one that cares about its clients, employs knowledgeable and hard working attorneys and staff, engages in highly ethical practices and yet pursues its cases with extremely aggressive tactics. I don't believe another such firm exists and I would recommend their services to anyone experiencing a difficult divorce, custody or other family dispute. I am grateful for everything Rosen has done and their ongoing concern for my family.
