We loved this nanny agency and perhaps the previous family is referring to a nanny we hired who has an international driver license which is accepted anywhere in world. The most important thing is the criminal background check to see if the candidates have been convicted of any crimes. International DL are accepted worldwide. We hired the nanny mentioned by this family and we love her she is very professional, puntual and loving to our newborn child. We used this agency based on the nine reviews and her interest in our being first time parents. We also checked about 10 out of 80 clients she has worked with and they said wonderful things about her and to any family this is all that should matter.. Highly recommended!

you may get a good nanny from this agency by chance, but from what I could tell there is very little screening done. the owner did not try to get to know me or my family nor did she try to match us with any particular candidate. she referred anyone she had and some appeared to lack the qualifications we specified in our application. she insistent one candidate was the "greatest nanny ever" but they had little experience, did not have an NC drivers license and she could not describe what made her such a great nanny. she sent referrals very quickly, but the quality of the candidates was rather low.

We read the last two reviews last night and we decided to buy the kit today to see whether it was as good as the two families said it was. We were very impressed with the kit, it is very imformative and is preparing us for search of a nanny. I am glad to know that this kit exists to all families nationwide. If you need a kit this is the kit to buy. Very well written, good links for parents, safety tips etc we are glad we bought it.

Thank you to the family that let us know about the nanny seach kit through Loving Care Nanny Services , she surely has such a wonderful kit, we were looking for a nanny for our twins and we knew it would cost us alot of money until we came across your review, we bought the kit and it guided us step my step to finding and hiring a loving nanny on our own. We want to thank the family, Loving Care Nanny Services and not to forget the nany search kit we have found an excellent nanny for our twins. If for any reason you can not afford to use an agency the kit will do it for you and it is also so reasonably priced unlike others we have seen on the internet. For those reading this review please understand that we are friends with the family that bought the kit and we bought it a while back and we just didn't hire a nanny recently we have had her for over a month now. Love it...love it.

Oh my..Loving Care Nanny Services is wonderful they found us a nanny within a day. The nanny is wonderful with our child . A very professional agency that caters to the family's needs immediately. The first nanny we interviewed based on her recommendation we loved. She knows what the family needs which is paramount. We also bought the nanny search kit that helped us with the interview process, very good kit go to the agency website and look for the link for the nanny search kit. Actuallly this kit is tailored with all the family will need to find a qualified professional nanny, it is very informative and got us past the fears, questions, anticipation of having a nanny in our home and a wonderful nanny. Thank you. I will recommed the kit and or the agency to anyone looking for quality chilcare.

We are new parents who found a wondeful nanny through Loving Care Nanny Services, as first time parents were scared of having anyone take care our child and she came in and consoled our fear and she was patient with us. Now we have a wonderful nanny thanks to her. She sent us experienced nannies and got us copies of background checks that were professionally done. More importantly she worked through the night responding to your e-mails answered the phone everytime we called. I have to say that is dedicatation to providing good service to her clients and we are very very happy. Families I would recommend they that you go through this nanny agency, she has the knowledge that we parents, don't have about what to look for in a good nanny. Good work and thank you we will recommend you to anyone who needs nanny/ service.

I thought I should let other nannies know that Loving Care Nanny Services is a wonderful nanny agency, she has worked as a nanny so she has nanny experience and knows what we are looking for, she as a parent has family experience and know what families are looking for in a nanny. She looks out for the best interest of the nannies to make sure they get a good position with good pay, benefits, and for the clients and their children she makes sure that the nanny is completely matched to what they are looking for. I have just landed a wonderful job through Loving Care Nanny Services agency to start in Feb 07 and I recommend her to families and nannies in the triangle and beyond. I am very proud to be called one of her nannies.

Loving Care Nanny Services is the best agency in the triangle. We had tried other nanny agencies that did not provide us with any candidates/resumes, LCNS sent us very qualified nannies and excellent resumes. We had all our questions answered within the first phone call. The first nanny we met was our perfect match, we informed Loving Care Nanny Services of our choice and immediately we had a thorough background check. She really goes the extra mile, very professional, and extremely qualified at what she does. I will recommend Loving Care Nanny Services to any family that is looking for a professional nanny. Her motto is "Where children come first" and that is the honest truth it's all about the children.

We have used this nanny service for 4 years straight, every nanny she has placed in our home has completed a one year plus contract, and recently as a good sign for being such a good customer she placed with us our 4th nanny free of charge because was was very grateful that we trust her with our childcare needs. We are and will always be grateful to Loving Care Nanny Services, she is the best and we would never recommend anyone else for our family and friends.

Pros: The best agency in the triangle.

Cons: Nothing bad to say...she goes above and beyond what we have always asked for.

We recently used Loving Care Nanny Services for our childcare needs, for those of you who don't know she has been a nanny for 16 years and is very careful of whom she places in your home. We were desperate for a nanny because I was not feeling well, she offered to come and work with the kids while we went through the interview process. The kids loved her so much that they are pushing me to go back to work so that she can work for us full-time. Do you know of a nanny agency that is so family oriented and goes to this extreme to work for a family. Well we eventually found a nanny through her, the nanny is wonderful and she the owner of Loving Care Nanny Services calls and comes to our house to see the kids. All I can say is this is excellent service and complete confidence in her services. From my family to Lucy please accept our complete gratitude and love. For anyone who is looking for a professional nanny I recommend her with all my heart and with my children, she is excellent and the best in Raleigh. Thank you Lucy from our family to yours!
