Built our home in BC. The house is nice but the customer service was terrible. Every part of it was bad!! This was last year. This year it might be a little different since the housing market has slowed down. They might just have to be nice to you. For the money you pay you would think they would be a little nice to you. Wouldn't you? Be careful if you do decide to build in the neighborhood.
Pros: Great golf course and nice pool
Cons: Having to deal with Toll employees
