They Took My Money

Recommended expensive computer equipment we did not need. Burned hours unnecessarily. Could not perform the simplest installation of a new server without 4 additional trips by 3 different techs--which they charged for! TIP: Set your computers to automatic update at 3am and save yourself the expense of having this company come in to perform "monthly updates".

Pros: Sound intelligent, talk a good game.

Cons: Execution is terrible and used up what was to be one year support time in 3 months.

We wish this customer would have come to us to resolve their issue instead of posting to a forum anonymously. Poor communication.

We always give low, medium and high-end estimates for our clients to choose from. This customer has chosen to only speak about the high-end estimate. The PCs were old, had leaking capacitors on the motherboards, were not maintained properly, and had expired antivirus/spyware protection. They gave us a long list of items on 5 different PCs that they wanted completed while installing their new "Server/Dell PC” The old “Server” was old, had spyware/viruses, and was not properly maintained. The customer could clearly not do the work themselves so to say it was "simple" was poor judgment by them. We employ multiple PC/Mac techs. There were 3 trips for 3 different/separate issues. We sound intelligent because we actually are. We are Microsoft Certified, Cisco Certified, etc. We back up our "intelligent" talk with intelligent actions. The quote for 1-Year of maintenance was done before we were made aware of the current conditions of their PCs. PCC is BBB accredited with ZERO complaints.
