This is a high quality service with individualized attention. Rita will do a home visit and discuss in detail with you your needs. She educated us about the whole process including typical things to offer a nanny in terms of benefits and salary and typical duties to expect. She will take time to find the right nanny and will not push candidates on you that she knows won't suit your needs (which has happened to me with other agencies). It may take longer to find the right match, but it is worth it! Rita is a resource throughout the process including giving tips on how to interview and negotiate the agreement. There are few agencies of this quality in the area.

Rita at Nancy's Nannies worked hard to find the right person for us. She was professional, thoughtful, gave great advice, and did a good job screening applicants. She didn't waste our time with applicants that didn't meet our requirements. Rita took a lot of time to get to know what we needed. What really impressed us was that she worked to find us, not just someone who was good, but someone who was a good fit for our family. And we couldn't be happier with the person she found. I highly recommend Nancy's Nannies.
