Agency asked the same questions over and over, forgot how old my child was, and didn't run a background prior to the placement.

As a hard-working mom who recently hired our family's fifth nanny, I have come to know a lot about the hiring process and what it means to have the "right" nanny for your family. I have experience with four agencies in the Triangle Area, and without a doubt, Trio is by far the best. Sally continuously goes above & beyond to make sure that she creates a long-term successful match for both the family and the nanny. She takes the time to personally meet and "interview" the family so that she knows exactly the right type of candidate that would work best for them. She maintains her personal touch and dedication throughout the hiring process and beyond. She has earned our trust by providing us time and again with top-quality candidates. We have been absolutely thrilled with three nannies that she has placed with us! Furthermore, as anyone with a nanny knows, it's very difficult when a nanny can't work on a day when you need her most (it's inevitable). In these times, Trio has provided us with the most wonderful babysitters. They have all been very professional and have provided an age-appropriate, interactive and fun day. I highly recommend her babysitting service to any family either for occasional day time care or a date night out.
