I do video editing and my computer would not render an important video file. The computer then crashed. I called the usuals( Nerds on call,Geeks) they didn't do that type of work. This company came highly reccommended from DELL Support. I gave them a call, they were prompt, quick and smart. There tech explained everything to me in plain english. My system is working better than it was when I got it from the manufacturer and I was so pleased I had All One build me a customized systems with Dual processor, 4 200 GB Hard drives and a Matrox RT2500 video editing card. WOW ! The quality of the parts and let's not forget the PRICE ($1500.00 less than my DELL). I was so pleased I told my boss about them and we have six of these systems in our studio office ! Call them !!!

Outstanding Customer Service ! My computer would not boot ! They came out to my location,fixed my computer on the spot,my computer runs better than when I got it from the factory. I needed a laptop/notebook so I called All One and spoke with a rep and would you believe they got me a brand new laptop for under $900 (Athlon XP 1.8Ghz,30GB HD,CDRW and DVD ! WOW !!! All One now handles my home and office computing needs ! They even do weekends and holidays !! You have got to give them a try !
