The hotel staff was very accomodating to our large group that traveled to Raleigh for a soccer tournament. The kitchen staff was helpful in keeping the water bottles and coolers for the team full of ice and helping us get the team fed and ready for their games each day. There was minor confusion upon checking in and a food room changes needed but for the cost and the type of hotel, everything was fine.
