I used to think that Crossroads 20 was one of the best theaters in the area. My last two experiences have changed my opinion. The theaters reek of urine! The first of my recent trips, it was only entry hallway into the theater that smelled badly. The second trip, the entire theater smelled like a dirty hampster cage. I don't think that I will ever go back to that theater!
Pros: Convenient spot for meeting for a movie. Several theaters and movie options.
Cons: Unclean and poor maintenance.

It's a great movie theatre; Really nice and all, I go there all the time. But whenever I go there the employees seem to be rude or not doing their jobs correctly. Last night someone dropped us off and my friend had left her ID in the car. All of the other people had theirs. They let us pay for our tickets and right before we walked into the actual theatre the manager stops us and asks for ID. After talking to the manager I asked; "So why don't your employees do their jobs and card people when they pay for the tickets?" She raised her voice and said "If you're going to attack me you can get out right now!" After I told her that wasn't fair she got someone to tell us to leave. So we got kicked out because I asked a question? I'm definitely going to start going to BeaverCreek.
Pros: Good seating, Good Theatre, Variety of Concessions
Cons: Really bad management/customer service
